We all know that our energy level can affect how we feel physically. But our energy can also affect our mind and our spirit. The chakra system regulates various bodily systems as well as our behaviors and state of mind. In this guidebook you will discover:

  • What the chakras are and where they are located.

  • The focus associated with each  chakra.

  • How to determine if a particular chakra is balanced or not.

  • An affirmation for each chakra.

  • How the practice of Kundalini Yoga affect the chakras.

You will also receive a brief video for each chakra over the next eight days designed to help you balance each chakra. When your chakras are balance you can overcome stress, increase your energy, tap into your creativity, establish a spiritual connection and manifest your desires by releasing physical, mental and emotional blocks.  

ABOUT MARY

Mary has studied yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching yoga for over 14 years. She is a 500 hour/Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher, a certified facilitator of the Excel & Celebrate Program for Women and is certified to teach Kundalini Yoga to people suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is also trained in Yin Yoga.

 

Mary enjoys sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and incorporates her knowledge of the chakras, Ayurveda, energy healing, and the meridian system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine into her classes.
